Well its the Home Office of the “Disney Movie Club”.  Looks like a re-boot of the old Columbia record and tape club from the ‘70s!  My son signed up, got like 12 “free” DVD/ Blu-ray movies and only has to buy 3 more at regular club prices in the next 2 years!

The warehouse for that is right across from where I work. I see Disney trucks vans parked there from time to time. A few years ago they closed out on summer Olympic apparel for pennies on the dollar. Basically a warehouse rummage sale on stuff that wasn’t going to sell.
