I'd love them, but who has $300 spare, not me I'm afraid!

Re: OK Cub engines (On RCG)
I think $300 is all the money, they are kind of cool. The .06 were basically the last version of the Cub and actually good runners somewhere between a Golden Bee and a Black Widow. These engines were assembled and sold by Ted Brebeck sometime in the 80's from left over parts, notice the lack of glowheads. The two Thermal Hopper looking engines with the rear intake are two I've never seen before, they look to be based on a engine herkimer advertised but never produced, Ted must of made them during this same period. He also produced a nice light blue anniversary 'Mowhawk' .049 as well as a .049C which was a .049B with a .049A plastic tank attached, there a photo of the modified tank. It's kind of sad, theres photos of the old trade show displays...only the engines have been replaced with photos of engines!
Re: OK Cub engines (On RCG)
I agree, $300 is a good price on these, if I had it I'd be there like a shot! Some VERY interesting engines there.
I like the Cubs, I now have the .099 and a very nice, looked unrun when I got it, .049B, both of them are good runners, not on a par with Cox, but good sport engines, and I have an .074 coming. I've often wondered why OK made such a weird range of capacities?

The .099 was made to stay within the Class A category for competition purposes.
I suspect others were made for a similar purpose.
