It is not a hair dryer !!
On Sunday morning some friends invited me to fly FPV, it is a few glasses with direct transmission of video, using a camera installed in the model. It flies as if you were there, above the plane.
It's a bit strange at first, to hear the model in the heights and to be with the glasses on ... a mixture of senses ...
It was a nice experience, I adapt quickly I flew a few minutes, and land without problems in the sector of the planned track ....
....but, but, but .... I still love my cox and how they let me fly and enjoy .... so I thanked my friends a lot, but I'm still with my Cox!

I had a brief try a few weeks ago when a member was given an FPV set for his birthday at the field. While I was watching, the pilot came screaming in at the ground and snatched a dustbuster of a pullout. It was pretty stunning! I would love to have one to play with.
Mauricio, those are nice sleek models. What are they called?

Hi! Thanks for your comment.
I hope the translator from Spanish to Spanish translate exactly what I want to express ..... well, my experience with the FPV was very good, I can say that it is very easy to fly, as long as you have flown RC before, you are sitting on the plane, your left is always your left, your right is always your right, because you're there, sitting on the plane and therefore it's like driving a car, it's just driving and knowing how each part of a model works - airplane.
I have many friends pilots of airplanes manned fumigators, they say that it is more difficult to learn RC than to fly a real airplane .... this happens because in RC you must incorporate that your left is not always the same as the one of your model, it is not it even when your model comes face-to-face, than when it moves away from you.
The fun of flying FPV for me is the exploration of territory ....

It's interesting ... but here is a very particular taste for exploration .... I think it goes beyond modeling.
If you prove this, you are likely to feel willing to enjoy touring territories as if it were a journey enjoying the scenery.

Hi Rusty, I think it's a good application to do RC, it's very easy to fly or maneuver because you're there as if you were really flying. It is very easy to direct the flight as long as you know the rules of RC flight and how a model behaves. If you have the opportunity, do not hesitate to try, you may enjoy incredible new senzaciones. I flew on dry land and lagoons ... it feels good!
The model is the Cox Stylo, it flies very firmly. Think of this model to make practically different ranges of RC stunts and met all your expectations. I emphasize the Cox Medallion .049 RC, it is incredibly magnificent how it works. I invite you to see this video completely and check for yourself the reliability of the engine, in different driving ranges!
