Weird or what?

Weird or what?
I've just seen a SureStart on US EBay described as .049 Cox Engine - Surestart (New) - Vintage
Err, it's NEW or it's VINTAGE, don't think it can be both!! Bit like "Modern Antique"!!

Re: Weird or what?
But you get vintage nib engines.
No one complains
But a surestart is by no means vintage.

According to that character who's asking $61 for one they are!
I suppose NIB vintage engines come under the same class of description as one of my favourites, "New old stock"!!

Yeah.
We use odd terminology.
But NOS is easier to say than "never used as intended item that has sat in a box for years and I want $$$$$$ so am selling as new"

Yeah saw that one today. Needless to say it's not in my watch list.
