Glow plug insert
Anybody ever use this type of plug in a Cox .049? Does it work well?

Yes.
Higher performance.
Very nice but I added an extra head gasket for the regular one and for the 5 fun conversion I needed 6! Gaskets to get it to run.
I have run them in cox and Norvel engines.
