Yes, a little nose heavy indeed. It was balanced on the wing in a reasonable manner, say around 10%-20%

Fully repowered finally and flown indoor. The undercarriage has a funky something really wrong with it and it ground loops. I meant to replace them with shorter legs, but haven't yet. Hand launch it tracks on rails and FAST! Too fast for the space I was in. After a couple safe laps I landed. 2s is the correct power.

The overwhelming suggestion is to remake the wing with at least 8 inches more span to it so it becomes more of a floater. Adding either ailerons or a little more dihedral or polyhedral. Polyhedral would mean that I could just make a couple matching sections but I think I will have better results making a whole new wing. The other guys LOVE that someone does balsa scratch builds!

My 8 year old daughter also had a blast with my knock off "carbon wonder" which floats along making gentle circles. More throttle and rudder than anything. It compares favorably to the Parkzone Night Vapor, but comes in a tiny plastic baggie and takes 12 hours to put together while going blind from tiny parts!

New, larger wing in process.  The total piece is 36 inches.  Needs cut in half, joiner ribs, put back together, AILERONS, pretty wingtips.  Shooting for between 24 and 28 inch finished wingspan.

I am getting better at making ribs.  I made a packet of 16 and pulling one from each end, and one form near the middle they look practically identical!
