You should see us flying 2 up at a time in formation. Very cool.

Re: VIDEO: R/C P-51 ARF ----> Control Line "Fun Scale"
I just recv'd the Tom Morris .021 flying lines for the P-51 .... wow, are these lines heavy duty. I have a feeling I'm going to have to shorten them up due to line drag in-flight.
I'd hate to do that ... Tom did a perfect job of wrapping/terminating the ends ... very pretty!!
At least now with the right lines, I won't be so concerned when the plane is trying to separate my arm from my shoulder socket.

FYI Steve runs a 3 line system on all his models with .021's at 60ft. Line drag does not seem to be an issue. They do pull quite a bit at full throttle but at 1/2 throttle they are quite easy to fly.

Thanks! And good to know how the experts are doing it. Line pull for me at 1/2 throttle is quite alot ... and full throttle I can only manage a lap or so ... I think the 6 pitch is too much for a c/l fun scale. I'll have my box of props with me this weekend ajd will experiment with a 4 and 5 pitch.
