Another new to me motor.. Looks like a Cox upper end but the rest is new to me.

Space bug Jr. There are blue, yellow, red and natural tanks. Then there is the often faked black tank version.

Soak that overnight in fuel or alcohol. Most of that dirt should come right off and you can then see what kind of gem you have there. Nice looking motor even filthy.
