How to start your Cox Black Widow MP3
I was with one of my friends when we went to the flying field. He was flying his plane around while I was talking to a few other people working on their planes. Most of the people flying out there were flying large RC models and not things like Cox planes. There was only 2 people out there with cox engines. They had them on their gliders. One of the guys was new to the Cox engine starting biz and he was a older guy (must be in his late 70s). He wouldn't remember anything I told him so I brought him a cassette he can listen to on his walkman. I made the cassette from the speech function on my computer. One of the field club administrators was there and must have saw me giving the cassette to him. The club admin walked over and said "that is a good idea!" He asked if he could get several copies of the tape and I said sure! He bought them from me for just the cost of the tape itself and he resold them for the same price in his cigarette machine, he had an open slot in it and the tapes just happened to fit perfectly! He replaced the "Winston" card with a piece of paper that said "Instructettes - Starting a TD .049" (he came up with the Instructettes name). The Instructette name actually made sense "Cigarette or Cassette" look at it both ways. After he quit refilling the machine with cigarettes and all that was left in it was those tapes, I made a few more (Black Widow, Babe Bee, Sure Start...) He then put those in the machine. Just last year the field was sold and the club house was torn down, I then started to record over the extra cassettes and the master cassettes. Just today, I was going to record something over this master cassette but before I did, I popped it in and played it. To my surprise, it was the Black Widow starting instructions tape. I actually thought I ruined all those recordings earlier this year when I was recording many things. I still needed the tape to record over so I thought I would convert the recording to a .mp3. Besides the original recordings are so mediocre (you'll agree) and these master tapes are for better then that.

I Love it!
that was a great idea and a very kind thing to do.
You could put that to a video of a black widow starting on youtube.
