BTW, that splice on the veneer is pretty cool. Did you have to glue it or was it spliced in the kit?

C20-1550kv with 8x4 propeller. This was the recommended motor on the destructions.pkrankow wrote:What engine?

It was already spliced - the kit is superb - the instructions are a little iffy

I arrived back in the UK this morning.
I like Chicago - I stay in the Chicago Hilton - it is in a nice area. Close to the main shops (mostly outrageously expensive with the exception of Sears ), surround by Universities, well kept parks opposite and walking distance of the lake. (Well more like the sea - can't see the other side)
Remember - I have just had three visits to Nairobi, Kenya - the second visit the airport was burned down and then third visit was the raid on the shopping mall. 100 yds from my hotel!
I was also fascinated by the double decker trains. We have only double decker buses!

Boy, you are getting all over this world! I'm about a 5 hour drive away from Chicago and I haven't yet been there LOL.
