One of those two "young men" looks a little older than the other. They both look like they are having fun, though.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
AWRIGHT! I'm so happy we got the goods.
Matt if you will upload the raw videos to the Tube, I can download them. And upload the pix wherever you have a hosting account. I use Photobucket. Or mail everything to me as raw data files on a DVD, that's probably easier. I'll make a video/slideshow and write a good story to accompany it.
And I gotta see my Baby Streak video. That was awesome too.

WOW! I think Rusty's "Whew!" at the end of the flight says it all. Great flyer, pilot and plane. No doubt about the .051's ability to pull that plane around.
Thanks for sharing.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
Holy crap. That little bird is fast ain't she. That Tee Dee .051 is a badass little engine too. That was an MA 5.5x3 on it. I feel like i just flew my first Real control line plane. It makes the others seem like toys. On outside loops I kept getting my pinky caught in the up line(remember I hold it backwards). It's off camera, but I did an outside loop and when it came back to the top of the loop, I instantly did an inside loop. Surprised the bejeesus out of me. I got my pinky loose in time to finish the loop and keep on going.
I sure was glad when it ran out of gas. That was a little less than an ounce.
Thanks for posting that, Matt.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
Don't get too excited, it was a very careful flight. But Hey! It's the Traveling Prop! And Matt's Medallion stars in it too.
Still the best to come, from Matt's camera.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
I told y'all it would trickle in, didn't I.
Here's the next installment. After Matt left, I realized people were putting stickers in the box, so I had to come up with one for Matt and me. Here it is before and after we got hold of it:

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
I knew where the Husker came from. I didn't have a Gamecock sticker, and after the CWS I was ready to take a break anyway. I stuck my "Official Cap'n Blackhawk Pilot" sticker on my flight box, so I made do with the Li'l Bat and a star for Matt and me.Mark Boesen wrote:Lol, Cool! I was hoping others would add to the box lid!
Was the CEF sticker already in it when you got it, Mark?

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
I didn't put any stickers inside the cover, I really didn't think of it (surprised I didn't, I was trying to think of everything people could do with it). Good Idea!
Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
No, it wasn't, I'm not sure CEF is?
I thought it was a good idea, kind of like bumper stickers from the family vacation!

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
The CEF (CoxEngineForum)sticker was mine.
I didn't see the inside of the lid until
I was about to ship it to ShellShock(Mike).
In a pinch, I made it on a P-Touch label maker.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
I cannot remember if I put in a sticker or not. If I did the only one could be the Cox powered sticker. Did someone else put that in? It probably was not me.
Well darn. That is going to bug me until I can remember if I did or not. Only others that could have put it in is Wingit, Kim, or Andrew.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
I figured Kim would've been the Skunk Works sticker. I like the Who sticker. It's okay if it remains a mystery until it's all over. I kind of like it that way.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
Was there anything special about it's mailing box? (not the little green one, the large white one) I had forgotten to give Rusty the box, so I mailed it to him - That was about a week ago, and it has not shown up.
