Red Wasp
In my part of the country, they're mean, agressive and sting like hornet.

Re: Name this engine
Thanks for all the nice name suggestions. We will keep adding to the list as names are posted here.
This time we may have to choose a name that is a little more politically correct.
We used to have engines called "Red Devil" and "Black Devil". Not only were they poor sellers but we got flack from the religious front.
We also got flack from European customers for the "Terminator" name because they found it either too aggressive, too American or both and, unfortunately, that's where most of the engines are being sold.

Okay then, how 'bout the Peaceful Rose of Goodness.
That could be shortened from either end.

Re: Name this engine
My two favorites so far are Red Alert, and Red Baron.
Amazing people complained about the Terminator one, sheesh.

I was just looking for insect/living thing related names! Go back to the insect themed names.
Not a bug but what about "Wild Rooster" even though they are heavy birds that can't fly far LOL or something similar?

Re: Name this engine
Since it is a speed engine with high RPM, how about something to do with "Hummingbird"
