Debolt half A twin
Harold Debolt came out with a great half A twin model in I believe in 1951. It was just called the half A twin, kinda scale, nacelles made of solid balsa blocks. Nice little plane, suppose to be a great stunter. I've wanted to build one for some time for a couple of my engines but haven't gotten around to it yet. If you can't find the plan's I can e'mail them to you if you like.

I just looked, the plan's are listed on Outerzone's free plan's page.

How about a twin .049 Ringmaster? I saw one over on Stunthanger.

The twin Mustang from Brodak is an exceptional flyer with 2 Black Widow's. One of my best flying 1/2A's ever. I wasn't crazy about the gear configuration and I would certainly redo it when I build another. My experience was the plane was a bit nose heavy with the Black Widow's. I figured Sure Starts with production back plates would certainly pull the cg back and having the tanks would certainly improve the run and benefit the plane all around. I was flying this on 50' .008's lines. It sounded great and flew terrific. I highly recommend it. Ken

Hey they all look very good now I'm torn I love the comet plans very pretty but also the twin mustang loads of good ideas there thank you am quite to know more about the 38 u had two bw's on it hmmm bet that did shift do u think if I built up the two fusealage it would still handle well I know weight is always an issue but as it has twins not quite as much maybe ? Glad to hear it flys well now u got me thinking

Re: Twin 049 c/l Pics or plans
Oh also just thinking will probably have an external tank
Should I run two tanks or just one and if one tank was thinking making one pickup (inboard engine) on the outside so theoretically the starboard outside engine would cut first shortly followed by the inboard one or will I have problems with the fuel always gravitating to the outboard engine last anyway can run fuel lines through wing sections fine but now wondering whether fuel line length would be an issue any ideas ??
What has worked well for u guys before
