Re: Can we get some help designing our Cox Engine Troubleshooting Chart?
Thanks Jacob.
MS Word file would be great.
I did send you an email via my personal email account but, since I have not heard back, I think it might have landed in your junk mail.
Anyhow, I'll be back in the office on Monday and will continue then with those projects.
Cheers
Bernie

I'll go fix that, I know I said word instead of excel. I'll go find your email, I get a good 20 something messages a day and they all go into a filtered inbox.

Additions to trouble shooting chart
Great chart!
a few additions
under will not start
acts like battery not attached to glow head.
or engine was running fine, quit, not out of fuel, will not restart
Is glow head lose?????
Tighten with wrench and maybe replace copper head gasket.
Do you notice more than the normal amount of fuel on your hands
and engine won't start???
Tighten tank screws
Don't ask me how I came up with these

Admin wrote:Well, I could see what I can do on redesigning it. It depends on if you want it fun, formal, classic (classic cox handout style) or whatever. I live less then 10 minutes away from the original Adobe offices and I know people who work there so I get a bunch of test trials on programs. I usually use
GIMP for most things though since anyone can download the program and open my files. GIMP works quite well, almost exactly the same as a basic/standard Photoshop.
Thank goodness now I know what my staff are calling me behind my back,
It's a useful computer program I thought it might have been something
Unpleasant. Bless them.....

Seriously though great info.
Still a couple typo's on the Fuel leaflet but nothing major.
Finally Model Technics is GN and GX 16 and 25
not Duraglo.
The fuel mix Excel is superb.
Being really picky and to avoid the 'to the top of the jug'
inaccuracy it could have been ML/CC's

Please point out the typos in any of the guides and I will correct them.
As for ML/CC, I 100% prefer Metric and find the British/American system difficult to comprehend, let alone work with. However, try convincing our esteemed friends from South-Of-The-Border

Hey Matt, you are based in the US, right?
Re: Can we get some help designing our Cox Engine Troubleshooting Chart?
I can't seem to find those typos. Here is a link to the fuel guide:
http://coxengines.ca/FG.pdf
Perhaps you downloaded an earlier version. The one we have on the site is from October 21.
We also have more guides and anyone please feel free to proof those as well
