Did the .09 muffler fit any .09 TD cylinders? Looks complete to me.

Prob just a TD .09 with a muffler on it. There is a possiblity the cylinder is a Medallion .09. But the rest looks TD to me. No real way of telling. If the price stays low it may be worth the gamble.
