Because our engine lineup has grown too big, we are discontinuing 12 models. Of these engines, a total of over 80 are in stock (between 2 and 10 per engine) and we are offering them at 1/2 price in our clearance section here:

Hey Bernie, can I put a Surestart style induction tube and r/c carby on one of the "Stinger" engines, and still keep some of the extra performance? Failing that, what about on the "Scorpion" engines? I only use r/c engines.

Technically, you can put the throttle on the Stinger and still maintain top performance. However, the lowest RPM you will get is around 10,000 as the SPI (Sub Port Induction) cylinder/piston setup negates the air flow restriction of the throttle.

The throttle will work well on the Scorpion.

Just a quick update:

Of the over 80 engines intially available, there are at point of writing still 30 available. "Black Devil" is now sold out and one "Viper" left.

The engines are customized pieces. Either for performannce, addition of an integrated fuel tank, or both. Pricing is equal or less to what a basic "Surestart" without a tank costs.

It's your chance to buy a Cox engine at 1/2 price bounce
