Pee Wee Head gaskets
As above guys.
Do any of you have experience of this motor and if so how many head gaskets
do you run?
Reason I ask is I followed Rustys 3 for a Tee dee rule which seems bang on but I'm not sure
with the PW.
BTW I'm on 30% at the Mo.

Re: Pee Wee Head gaskets
Yes, I am with Bernie on this one. A single head gasket works well for Pee Wee engines.
Having said that, it can depend upon which type of gasket you have. Cox made (to my knowledge) two different types of head gaskets for the .020 engines. The ones we (and I believe Bernie as well) have are a thickness of 0.005".
Cox also had a much thinner one, somewhere around a thickness of 0.002" or so. These were typically found with the Tee Dee engine for more fine adjustments, and more than one was usually provided. If you have one of these it may be possible you need more than one.
Unless you have a very precise caliper getting measurements of the different ones is tough, but the thinner one is much less stiff when holding it in your hand.
Regards, Matt
