If you decide to build that P-38 Roddie here are some tools you may be interested in….They are notching tools for cutting in the notches for stringers and spars…. Just a piece of sandpaper edge glued a piece of balsa the same width as the spar or stringer…. Depth stops are added as required for the depth of the spar….
The Guillows kit I am building is an older die cut version and the fuselage formers and wing ribs were not notched so I used these….. Good to have around in different sizes for general modeling IMO…..1/16x1/16 and 1/16x1/8 in the photo…..
