An advertisement from a magazine advertising the (circa) 1963 X-1 Sky Saucer powered by the Cox .049 Babe as made by the Sealine Corp.

Below is a NOS shrink wrap of the X-1 Sky Saucer. Love the picture of the two astronauts space walking as the X-1 flies by. This picture portrays approximately two years earlier what Ed White would perform in 1965.

Very neat. Nice to see. Now I wonder if by chance that my Cox Nomad was supposed to be a 'second generation' of the one you pictured?
