I was gifted this one, because it is purple, and we had some things to trade, too.
I believe it was the first one made, and competed in a Tach Race, a few years ago. It placed 5th! At that time, the engine had no name!
I see that the crankcases on the other engines are purple, where my engine has a black crankcase.
I had no idea that an engine like this could be worth that much money! Are you still looking for one?

Sorry, I was out of the office for a week and am leaving again in the morning until Monday.

Yes, that engine would have been a prototype for the tach race.

I believe that we have a customer looking for one but only NIB and serialized.

It seems that the purple anodizing is brighter on the later engines, but mine has a neat history!
Are new ones being made?

Since these are limited to 100 serialized units we can't in good conscience make any more but we have in the works our next limited edition engine.
