All your work should be moved to the "instruction sheets" part of the forum by Administration.
Your battery box and insert images would be there for everyone.
Thank you!!

Your inserts look beautiful!
If you would be fine with it, I would like to add your recreations to the "Instruction Sheets" page.
Very nice job!

Re: Cox Strato Bug Insert Reproduction
Hello, I do not want to bother, but I would like to have something from Cox Pee Wee .020 and Cox Tee Dee .020, I have a couple of these engines, maybe a type of background cardboard with some colors would be very good for the eyes, if it has possibilities and it's your pleasure to do something, it would be great !, thank you!

I will try Mauricio, but because I don't have these engines then I need measurements of inserts for both engines. Blister pack or plastic case?

Re: Cox Strato Bug Insert Reproduction
The only one I have is the Strato, I took a big gamble on eBay to get it. The listing photo showed the engine sitting on a table with the packaging in the background.
Last second snipe and it was mine, I wasn't sure if it was real or not. Turned out to be a new real Strato with its original package. I had to find a wrench, make repro instruction sheet and an insert.
The new insert is much better than the one I made with my limited photo skill. Its still missing a yellow warning sheet that sits under the prop.
This is it with the insert I made, going to change it soon.

ohhh! Thank you very much for your gesture.
Regarding the Tee Dee .020, it came in a cardboard box and came in a cardboard and transparent plastic hood.
The Pee Wee .020 came in a blister and also in a cardboard box.
For my part I have no problems for one or the other, if you are willing, take the one that will take your interest and I will be very welcome.
Tell me exactly what you need, photos of the engines and measurements?
These are examples of Tee Dee .020

I am going to make a warning sheet, it must be printed on yellow paper.

Re: Cox Strato Bug Insert Reproduction
Mauricio, I can make these inserts:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/1950s-COX-PEE-WEE-020-GAS-ENGINE-UNUSED-IN-TEE-DEE-BOX/142713445460?hash=item213a625c54:g:v1QAAOSwomJan3qy
To make other boxes I need measurements of the folded cardboard insert.

COX TEE DEE .020:
here I took pictures of an original cardboard, put measures, but I think we could do something simpler, that is, only the cardboard "blister type" using part of the original box.
Here the photos and measurements:
Here what could be used to make a blister-type base card.
