Hung up the N-28 and PT-17 to start once again on the Aircrate.
The PT-17 is set to go, just waiting for a decent day. Th N-28 needs a complete recover, the material of which is yet to be determined.
I will have to scale up the Aircrate a bit as the largest that Staples could enlarge the plans to gave a 36" top wing vs the 39" of the original. I just need to buy the balsa and cut to shape. Or, or.... I have this built wing, one half of an R/C model that just happens to measure 39 inches the ribs of which could be carefully cut using the Crates plan ribs as templates to construct the Aircrates wing. I love making something out of nothing and this 1/2 wing with no mate has been hanging around long enough.
Sooo, as Jackie Gleason would have said --- "Off we go"...... and ... "A little travelling music please".
