There were no instructions. Fiberglass piece, screws, nuts, washers, and a few plastic pieces about 1 1/2 inches long. But not one picture, or instruction.

Thanks for the info. I searched on Google for at least an hour. I guess it pays to know what to search for. The seller didn't know his bleep from his bleep and was no help at all. he was a seller, but did have tons of Cox Kyosho parts.

thanks to you both and +1 to you both for helping me out with this car kit. Looks like I will have to buy more parts for mounting the engine, steering and so on... never ending.

does anyone know the part number for the plate that the engine mounts on? it comes with Cox GTP #3  kit, but not with my Cox Kyosho nissan indy stocker chassis group #2 kit. It is on the first page you posted bottom right and shaped like a triangle. If nothing else I can trace the outline on some thin fiberglass and make my own. The brake group, wheel group, etc., will probably end up costing another $50.00. At least someone will end up with a brand new chassis with an antique engine in it.

WoW I didn't know they came in Kits and your saying there is several different ones to build the car , That's going to bee a lot of fun keep us posted if you can ? All this talk about cars is making me nervous getback

There is also the one with the fiberglass piece to mount the rear end on including cox engine, or the one I bought which has the $12.00 fuel tank for free, but no mount for engine. AND you have to add wheels, brake group, front end, etc., another $50.00 easily. Look before you leap. Print out the manual above, thanks guys, and look at pages 21 -23 which shows all the different groups needed to make the 3 different cars. Again, read before you start buying. It might be cheaper to buy a used one.

These 4 pages are from the Cox Kyosho Manual Garza2014 and Overlord helped me find. They show all the Cox part numbers for spare parts and groups of parts for the 3 cars that Cox and Kyosho made together. Stocker, Nissan GTP and Indy cars.
oh bleep, i forgot we can't post .pdf. I'll take pics real quick and repost. sorry.
