Check out the pictures on the original ad Eric. It looks like the SBJ took a header into concrete and cracked the housing almost in half. I was looking at it for parts only.
Vinegar is a great cleaner.

What's wrong with this picture?
This Rod appears to have been cobbled together out of parts, the cylinder is not right for engine. Prop seems to be backwards.

crankbndr: seriously did you purchase this off ebay? wow and at such a low price? or are you just showing some of the pictures from the ebay sale? tboygee was usually pretty good about fixing incorrect things with Cox engines.

No i did not buy that one, I was surprised it went as high as it did. I restored this one a while back, it was a real mess when I got. I found the box and accessories in another listing.
I'm very happy with it and won't need another. I would like to see photos of your Shrike project.

Re: SPACE BUG Jr. (gosh) TEST RUN
I just relooked the ad Bob and it did take a whack into something , ill bet the crank is bent or fractured , glad you said something about the vinegar, man I forgot and left this in the Clorox mix too lond look better but now I will have to pull the reed retainer off and I was trying to avoid that before after some cleaning Think I'll just stick with denatured alcohol heck I still scrubbed most of the dirt /stain off getback
