What's even more amazing, is that it's flying with an engine-out... and can still stunt!!!

It may be all it can do is go inverted. I bet that thing just floats around.

Wow -- I'll bet that thing would leave a mess of sticks if it got balled up on a hard surface circle.
Re: it's a "nonaplane"?
The plane launched with both engines running... Hey Ron...You're probably correct about it being a "floater"... What I wanna know is; "How do you calculate a C/G on a such-a-thing?"
x26 airfoils... can't help but wonder about the elevator arrangement...

Re: it's a "nonaplane"?
I've flown with this fellow numerous times in North Jersey at Palisades park. Everything he builds is like this particular plane. He really does some obscure stuff. We had a fun scale event and the gizzillion winged plane finished second. We fly on aspahlt and no the plane was actually quite stable. This pilot is a very good pilot not to mention these creations for the most part actually do the pattern. On the day I flew with him a very similar model to the one above used 3 OS .25 FP's powered the model. Dan Banjock finished first with this Farman Bipeplane. This picture is actually from that contest. My son Shawn took a third place flying his at the time new PT-19. Dan's bipe (in the pic below) was quite a remarkable piece of engineering itself. This was a LA .46 powered pusher which utilized a driveshaft which used a rag joint to couple the engine. The LA was in the nose. The fuse has a tunnel through the middle and the tank itself was built with a hump similar to the floor of a rear wheel drive car to allow for the shaft to run under it. Dan lost the plane a few years ago due to wild winds. Snoopy in the cockpit lived . Ken
