Get one of those heads that let's you use a standard glow plug. Put the whole thing in a drill press with the glow plug in the chuck. Have at with some emory cloth.

...another method is to use a long machine screw and a piece of rubber tubing with a couple washers that will fit inside cylinder, use a nut to tighten tubing, expanding it inside cylinder. This little set-up works great for cleaning up old cylinders.

I use a 1/2" wooden dowel with the end cut square and just screw the plug end of the cylinder onto the dowel.

hey jim put a sleeve in my drill press and used emery cloth worked wicked good,a little mothers polish looks sweet thanks for the tip:Thumbs UP:
