Finally got to maidening my cox attack cobra, flew great even in the wind... got about a dozen flights on it today and i decided when the wind calmed down to a stand still i would launch one more time before packing up and going home from the soccer fields. The wind calmed down so i fueled her up, started and tuned it to optimal perfomances and let her go, it was beutifle until it ran out of gas and landed in a very very thick swamp with cat tails everywhere. Ill never find it in there Sad so now im looking for another cox heli for my collection, if anyone can help me with a real cheap one that would be great

Was the swamp deep? Could you put on a pair of boots or better yet hip waders and go after it?

Aw that's terrible. Sorry to hear about your loss. I've had that Just one more flight go bad more than once. But luckily mine are tied to a string.

Sorry to hear that, my problem was always: "hey watch this!"

A couple months ago i lost a 'first run' disc in a swamp from a bad throw, i was so P.O.'d i wadded in after it (colder then heck) but still couldn't find it, i know how you feel.

That sucks. Do a fly over with a quad copter and a gopro camera. Know anyone with a AR Drone? Looking from above may be able to help find it.
