Space Bug Jr. Turning an 8x4

Space Bug Jr. Turning an 8x4
I couldn't find a 10" prop with a hub that was thin enough to mount on the nose of the Bug Jr. So I went with a Top Flite Super M 8x4. It turned it well enough so I think it would turn a 10" prop as well.
I attached a you tube link. Remove the "m" if it doesn't load

Here is a link that everyone should be able to see. I was having issues with the link on my laptop.

Wow, that's swinging some lumber. I'd like to see it spin the 10. Maybe you can use an APC 10 incher. With their bigger front hole, maybe the nut will fit inside it. If you fly a plane like that you'll have to put stilts on the landing gear.
Off topic, how's that halogen lamp like being covered with oil? My Lowes halogen 500w lamps never last very long. The contacts arc and fry and the bulbs explode on every one I buy. I gave up on them.

Re: Space Bug Jr. Turning an 8x4
I'll try again soon, I do have an APC 9" prop.
The MA 10x6 was way too thick, I only have a few large props at my disposal as I usually run tiny Coxes!
Rusty, My halogen has a plastic plate covering the bulb so no Castor gets on the bulb itself. I use it for backlight as the shop has flourescent bulbs and I have to turn them off to tach.
Dizzy, they sell Craftsman in the UK?
Jason, I didn't tach as I was just piddling around. I will next time though.

Not that I'm aware maybe it's a generic design think mine is American pro I think ? They must be all the same design apart
From mine never had the bottom flap ... Very annoying when I go to shift it about everything falls out there is a small lip prob Couple of inches but things still fall out will make one one of these days more "ups" oh joy

Love that low tone. That prop is comically huge! What RPM did it make?

Thanks Matt,
I am going to video all the relics running up over the next couple months.
Someone want to send me a Strato Bug? It's the only one I don't have
