Rare Joe Klause Kustom Kraftsmanship .020
I have this gorgeous little .020 and was hoping someone could help me with it's pedigree. Bagged with a Klause Kustom Kraftsmanship tag. Clean, unrun? .020. Thanks all.[/url[url=https://servimg.com/view/18093584/26]

Re: Rare Joe Klause Kustom Kraftsmanship .020
This is probably another question best answered by Mud, but from what I know, Joe Klaus has a business called "Kustom Kraftmanship", much like Dale Kirn's "Kirn Kraft". They made competition parts, things like fine thread needle valves, flood off venturis, pressure nipple back plates, chromed crankshafts, head and cylinder shims and more.
There were many 3rd part spin-off companies that made custom parts for Cox engines over the years.
I suspect your .020 has been modified somewhat. How much, well you'll need to pull it apart and compare it with a standard .020 I guess.
Cheers

Just noticed that this thread didnt get an answer. I saw one of these for sale on eBay recently...
According to the KK Catalog that Roddie posted, these KK .020s had a Tee Dee 020 Piston and cylinder with remilled transfers, custom backplate and needle valve assembly.
