Just soak it in fuel before forcing it to turn over make sure it is free.

Seriously though, apart from a good over night soak in plus Gas, WD40 etc.
DO NOT attempt to dismantle it without 2 cox wrenches.
The chances of doing so without harming it or even wrecking it are V slim.
In my (limited) experience it'll probably be the crankshaft thats stuck.
Once you've got the head, cylinder off, have soaked over night or longer screw the prop
bolt in and give it a light tap. All but the most mangled will free up.
Good luck

If it is still stuck after a day or two soaking, heat it up with a hairdryer. It is the castor that has stiffend (most probally)

Remove the backplate. If you can remove the tank, then do so, but take care that you don't tear the tank/crankcase gasket. If you can get the tank to budge a little, adding fuel or denatured alcohol to the gasket area may help free this up. Ideally, you'll be able to fill the crankcase area with whatever solvent you're using and let that soak for a while. Do the same with the piston/cylinder area --- remove the glowhead if possible, but again take care and don't force. After a good soaking, heat the entire unit --- a blow dryer will get it pretty warm. Heat is your friend since it tends to soften congealed castor oil. If it remains stuck, don't apply too much pressure, just continue to soak, re-heat and try again.

Thanks to all for the advice. John Goddard's first peice of advice is the probabily the best
but it appears that I'm not smart enough to take it. Will now proceed to try and help the little guy. Now, where did I put my second engine wench?

DO NOT try to unscrew the cylinder unless you are ABSOLUTELY sure the piston is free, otherwise you WILL break the codrod. (I speak from bitter experience!)

Or give the piston a whopping amount of play. I have done that before.

,,or bend the rod trying to spin over a seized/gummed motor.
