Re: Interestin eBay item
Hi All, Nice Thread !
Those 3D parts are way cool...
Nice ManWins'
All I can add is,
If I need any coro, I go to a local sign shop. Usually get what I need from their 'scraps'.
(also have ends of rolls of vinyl in cool colours )
If they are busy with deadlines, I go back later.
Nice creative people...

Re: Interestin eBay item
I took this out today. It was the last plane of the day to fly, so I only got one chance to get some video. I somehow lost the charging cable for my Mobius cam, so I had to fire this puppy up, launch it, and then grab my phone and start recording. So, there's only a few seconds of video. You can tell it took me a long time to get recording because the fuel pickup tube is not exactly in the middle of the tank. It's more like at the 8 o'clock position, so when the plane went inverted the fuel pickup was almost uncovered and the engine lost power. I'm going to swap out the engine for a Babe Bee and we're going to use this for a club trainer over at the RC club. A few of the members on that side have shown interest, so us control liners will use it go get a few of the flat footed RC guys spinning 'round. Then we'll move them up to a Skyray or some other next step before finally putting them on a .35 sized plane.

Wow Mark that BW hauls it pretty good compared to the one I built with a BB on it , of coarse yours looks more like a airplane with wing shaped than mine . The BB on mine runs fine just don't have that Ump to it . Would like to see it fly again with the BB installed .

Ask and ye shall receive. A club member brought his youngest grand kid (he has 13!) to the field. He’s 9 years old and has never flown a control line plane, so we put him up on the Man-Win that just had the engine replaced with a Babe Bee.

Good deal Mark Thanks , the only thing you forgot was the Big Smile at the end of the flight ! He done good with a little help there and that's about the speed ours is fling so i am good was thinking maybe my design needed more sweep to the wings LOL ... I still think I want to mount a Medallion on it so son can get more time in trying loops and inverted ?!
