Popeye Sunday on Breezy Hill
Rocking the Breeze over Breezy Hill.
The "Official" Chester, Illinois Popeye Celebration had been canceled, but the Flyers put up some flights anyway. I'd canceled on Saturday due to some gusty winds, that were SUPPOSED to subside on Sunday...and didn't. But, we got some stuff done anyway:

The Delta seem to fair the wind pretty well , Billy sure has some nice looking rubber power planes . Did you have that flame out as you were coming out of inverted ? Thanks Kim .

Re: Popeye Sunday on Breezy Hill
Yeah, these are cool guys to fly with!
I'd intended to do an outside loop while the Zlin was upside down, but the K&B engine just snapped to a stop as came over the top. Luckily it was right-side up (as opposed to it being inverted in a "normal" outside push), so it was an easy glide to landing.
