Yes I do. You can imagine that from a plan A4 size taken from a magazine, blowing up drawings for templates, transferring them to wood, then sawing or cutting the parts out can give some differences. And I measure a lot during glueing and fitting parts to check. I now have to sand or shape with a plane the stringers and then make paper templates for the ply skin.

Re: A boat for Happydad's Enya
Thanks Laura.
I went shopping at the DIY and bought a 5mm diameter steel rod and a brass tube with the same inner diameter. Also a package of long M6 nuts for the coupling and that fit the crankshaft thread. From ebay, I got a prop with an M5 inner thread.
The bottom planking is completely glued now and I trimmed the edges to make them flush with the stringers.

Yes, I left this project alone for a few years. I had other things on my mind. I closed my company and had to find another job. I moved house too.

Re: A boat for Happydad's Enya
I have a KNK Boat muffler for the Enya .09-IV (or III) that you have.
New in the package.
I have three of these KNK boat mufflers because I figured that I could make them work on an airplane engine ae well?
Contact me if interested ----- make a deal?
I too also have "two" Enya .09 boat motors (New in the box) I need to use with the two kits from Dumas that I have had for years.
Below are the photos of the KNK Boat muffler and documentation (translated)

Re: A boat for Happydad's Enya
I have a couple of .049s that Happydad sent me shortly before he passed. I should pass one along to someone who can really put it to good use and properly honor his memory.
