All info I got about it that it is an unpowered frisbee. 11 ins diameter. Lights turn on when it spins. I think that lights works on two AAA or AA cells.

You can see an engine and propeller, but can’t tell much from that.

Same principal as a Whamo Frisbee. No engine. Lighted saucer operating off of 2 AA batteries (inserted through the bottom) via centrifugal acceleration.
On the auction site several times in the past.
