Back to 1/2A RC! Questions!
Hi all,
Building a 1/2A Hornet and have a few quick questions as I begin my foray back into 1/2A! It's been 40 years since I've run one!
1. Which glow clip do you prefer? I see the old Cox style and the newer clip available - It doesn't need to be compatible with other engines so whichever works best I appreciate the feedback.
2. I have a TD .049 or .051 I will use - 6x3 prop and wondering if I should go 1 ounce or 2 ounce on the fuel tank?
That's it for now!
Thanks!

Re: Back to 1/2A RC! Questions!
Spring loaded clamp on clips work best
1 oz fuel is enough weight of 2oz fuel just slows the plane down.
2 oz if you decide to upgrade to a .09 later.
5 x 4 prop has less load on the engine more steady NV.
