New Year resolutions for 2019?

New Year resolutions for 2019?
At first I decided not to make any... I know I should lose weight, excercise more and so on. No need to quit smoking because I never started. So the ”usual” ones would be rather vague and hard to control and verify. So I decided to make a simple one, and to motivate me more, I will publish it here so you guys can give me a push or a shove if nothing seems to be happening.
So here goes:
I WILL have at least one of my Cox engines airborne this year.
The ”dry spell” has been long enough. To be more specific, the said engine will run and it will be mounted on a suitable airframe while airborne.

Good one Kari , i think i am going to say i WILL fly more C/L and put some R/C in the air this year ,,,, i have sooo much stuff going to waste (not being used, batteries dying ) and so on !! Most of all i want to have more patients and spend more quality time with my son.

Ha, You and me Jason. Instead of buying 100, lets just buy 99.
"Batteries dying".. Words of wisdom Eric. I worry about that all the time. And Kari, ditto C/L wise.

Honestly, I keep saying it, but this year I will do it. As getback said, I too will not only run, but fly more Cox powered aircraft. Also, as it will be a first, I will run my first ever tether car.

Start selling off some of my engines, Problem is I won't sell any that doesn't meet my standards (must be working, must look nice, must have my personal touch). Oh rats, that's all the reasons I won't sell any of my engines.

When you suddenly realize:
Going to the RANGE more often is a perfectly acceptable resolution

Loose some weight! i need to drop 20 to get back to were i was when i was 20 over a couple years ago.
Do some more flying, maybe actually get a gas powered model out of basement.
Maybe this year i get my Crossman repaired, I do miss plinkin' in the back yard.

Mark I had a broken stock on my Crossman 760 for many years ---and finally called them for a new plastic stock...inexpensive and mailed pretty fast...
Back to annoying the squirrels and black birds... one day I might actually buy a very Good Air Gun/Rifle
Neighbors too close for comfortable 22 shooting... altho...they all do it...glad we have brick veneer ranch home
