For Sale Used but very nice shape Fox .049

This has head to use regular plugs. Excellent compression. Ready to run. It came with out prop nut but used a spinner nut from Holland Hornet. $25.00/ postage $3.65.

I believe its the FAI version. /bought off retired /ff model builder. No rigs on side and smooth like my /FAI version. I got this in a trade and have new FAI Fox .049. You do not see many of these and low cost engine for collrctor or someone who wants good engine for /FF/UC/ or RC. Big plus is uses regular easy to get glow plugs. I think it can use ??TD plug also or Nelson with adapter head. Sorry no picture at this time but engine is nice.

Below is a picture from the 049 Collectors website.  Thanks Mark Boesen.  It clearly shows the distinctive shape of the exhaust port of the FAI model.  Should be able to identify it that way.

That sure looks like it same exhaust set up. Mine engine has no tank and head uses regular plugs. That's for posting picture. Dan
Bottomline this is a very mnice engine and compression is excellent. Not good or decent but excellent. Santa
