Cox Engine of The Month
Drat! Double Drat!!

Drat! Double Drat!!
I crashed my Bean pretty hard a couple weeks ago. I made repairs, but decided to go through the engine. When I unbolted it from the firewall I found this:
I have other metal backplates, but thet are all Babe Bee. So...... Does anyone have one they could sell or trade? I know metal ones are pretty dear to folks, the only reason I ask is this engine is sentimental to me.
Thanks,
Ron

Re: Drat! Double Drat!!
I am in the same boat as you. Spare metal backplates but they are all for babe bees.
I do however have a sad golden bee where the only good part is the metal backplate. $10 should cover the backplate with the other parts that go with it.

Ron, check the air hole in case it needs to be enlarged.

Yeah, it will for sure. It's the same diameter than a Babe Bee.

I would measure it but it's already in the mail box along with the head adapter.
