This Babe Bee's is mostly new except for the tank which is very clean inside and out, the metal back plate which looks great for it's age and the prop. The starter spring, black rubber bounce spinner, prop stud and internal parts are also new. The new cylinder is a duel ported, duel boost. $27.00 shipped
