yes Eric , I have the GB installed and using it as I build to balance the plane without having to use any additional weight. I’d rather have the airplane beefed up instead of a Chunk of lead or clay to balance it . PS . All my builds tend to be a little heavy.
Bwahahaha...who ever said "you can get a rock to fly on a string" was most likely watching me sling a porky plane through the air!

Coming together good Joe ,, Well i got this Clown cleaned up some and found it has some wood soak but some what dry now ?? !! Anyway I will show you where i am at and since the cooler weather has hit plan on working on removing more material to see what I need to do just to make it work for me LOL >> As was >>

Black always works well with yellow. The big problem is that you can't see the elevator prior to launching. Always insure up is up and vice versa not too mention you can't see neutral easily either.

Nice plane Eric. Definately a .15 size favorite! However, in one picture it had me scratching my head a bit. Is is me, or was there cloth hinges on one side of the tail and pinned hinges on the other? Also, were the pinned hinges just glued to the surface of the tail?

HAha there what looks like RC hinges and glued down from the top may have been some pins at one time (tooth pic) When i used the air compressor to blow off the dust it blew the hinges loose 
Had a straight angle on push rod took it off making another elevator cause of warpage . Been working on it here and there sanding and regluing the whole thing one rib just fell out My major hold up right now is the engine barriers are to far apart for the .15 Medallion and cut out will need to bee surfaced flat and add some new solid wood to make up the difference .

As you can see it has been crashed a Few times and repaired ?/ model car ? paint scabs of wood repairs 
) These are older pics nothing new other than some sanding and rounding edges . this wood is OLD .
