I just pulled apart my .049 jeep engine and cleaned with alcohol. Should i coat the parts in anything before I put it back together? Cox jeep engine cleaning E77a6d10

David gives good advice, but I'm at odds regarding Remoil. I have used it for years with excellent results. Just don't use WD-40.

WD40 is a semi lubricant. It leaves a thin layer of oil that evaporates after a little time. It displaces water but it also contain solvents. You need a full oil formula like as Singer sewing machine oil.

Thank's , I use 3 in One oil on my Cox. Where I used WD40, I never have any issue.
