What we use and like to collect with Cox engines?
As I am new to Cox engines and this forum, I have noticed that guys like to use original Cox glow clips, Cox control line handles, Cox fuel cans etc etc.
Okay so now I have three Cox engines and an original Cox glow clip which somehow gives me great vibes of nostalgia and long distant memories of old times.
I was just wondering how many of you actually use the old Cox fuel can?
I see that they fetch high prices now.
The important thing about the old tins is that they used to come with a nice spout which inverts and fits in the fuel can when not in use.
This spout is so useful because it just fits within the fuel tubing to fill our tanks.
I can not find a plastic bottle anywhere that comes with a long spout that does this.
Is this why you all use the Cox fuel tins ( apart from nostalgia)?

We like the old can because often seal better the measure of 100 ml very practical to transport fit in a pocket practically To mix fuel the right oil% content It's practical 100% of 100 ml easy one percent one ml certain colect them me i love m'y old can canot live without The larger quantities stay in a larger container, preferably metal or glass, but the container that comes with fuel is just as good as long as it seal Good place in a dark place and sheltered from the heat. And just mix smal amount at time shake can befor mix and use somtime oil go down botom and Those Small engines are capable of much more than you can imagine when we know them well we can only adopt them so small but very strong i just love All that is connect To cox airplane rc cars boat control linne all even more I have seen jenerators all kinds of diy construction
