How about this for unnessary complication? The plug is nearly bigger than the engine, and a fourstroke probably smaller than a Pee Wee, and doesn't that spinner and prop driver look strangely familiar?

believe it or not that is a tee dee .020 convert to a sparker!
Done by Reginald Luycx I believe it does not yet run.
The smallest sparker is a .015 made by George Luhrs.

Crankcase, needle valve, Venturi but yeah why not just design your own!
And the timing method etc is too crazy!
