New project F1 Rocket evo
Hiya guys got another RC project getting ready to start so I though that I'd share a pic of it.
Managed to get my hands on a GP F1 Rocket with an OS .55AX Greatplanes said that it hits around 110 or so mph with the .55 we will see, build series coming up!
And the engine!
Enjoy! (Bandit)

That's a badass looking ball bearing engine.

That looks like it is going to be a lot of fun! Great Planes has some nice kits and ARF's. They look nice and fly very well. Enjoy!

Despite having the much maligned nickel liner, the 55AX is a great engine. I've been flying a Super Kaos - http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/golden-age-vintage-antique-rc-196/5159946-classic-class-bridi-super-kaos-40-a.html - since 2007 with one and it rocks, radared at 132 mph. I use cool power 20% heli fuel.
