Glad you like it! The original plan was to build display stands for each one, but I simply ran out of time. As it was they were offered for sale very late...something that should not have happened.

Payment was received for your engine and it shipped out a while ago. For this engine, I am not sure to be honest, but will have a look.

(The glow plug does not have any ridges on top like the normal OEM high compression heads. Is this normal?)

In regards to the high compression heads, yes this is normal for the newly manufactured ones. The radial knurl was used for identification purposes ones. Rest assured, the chamber type is the correct style.
