Not a Cox, but I wanted to show this to everyone
There are two rows of pictures and a good description.

Not sure what the "car" part refers to.

That has to be one rare bird being unused and all original. What a lead sled though...

It looks neat but that would be a rock when the engine dies... Definitely going to be a collectors item for that price.

A nose heavy plane flies badly a tail heavy plane flies once.
But a heavy plane doesn't fly at all.

Reserve not met yet at $1100ish. Wonder how proud he is of it. You would have to be hooked up to a billfish harness and then clipped to the center speed pole if you wanted to be one-on-one with the thing.

No kidding. The thing has spark ignition, it must be a powerful engine. Did you see all the rivets and screws in the construction, that's unbelievable. If I was rich I would buy it. And I would fly it. I might fly it to work in the morning.
It looks like the fuel tank is all rusty, so It probably needs a little work.
It's pretty though.
EDIT: I take back that part about the spark ignition. The description implies it's a glow plug.
