Looking for .010 crank technical drawings
Hi guys I was wondering If anyone had technical drawings for the cox tee dee .010 crankshaft I need a set thet I can work off when redesigning it for diesel use.
I need to do this now because the Factory I have contacted has said that they need to see a technical drawing before they can give any sort of estimated price.
Hope you can help,
nitroairplane.

Re: Looking for .010 crank technical drawings
If you are considering the reproduction of .010 cranks, remember the the costs could "sink your ship" in short order. Even employing "the economnies of scale" in mass-production one would best consider the anticipated demand to offset those expenses. (DEMAND is NOT the same thing as DESIRE)
When I can buy a complete new .010 for $125 from a vendor, why should I spend $300 for just a crankshaft?

Re: Looking for .010 crank technical drawings
SD I was not going to bring them onto the open Market just get some made for "the diesel guys" so that they could have a tiny diesel fr a more affordable price than any of the ones available unless anyone here wanted them. If I find that I can get them made for a practical price I will let everyone on here know and if they want one they can tell me. I would be selling them at a not for profit price just enough to cover my costs.
When the factory gives me a minimum order for them and the price I will post a thread on here and some other forums to see if there is any interest at all.
