Looking for small brass nipples
Jason,
Earlier in this thread you obtained from small brass nipples from Amazon. I’m looking for the same. Do you have a link for the supplier?
Many Thanks,
=Adrian=

The link is up further but I got them from Clippard. Shipping was crazy high from them. Like $20 just for shipping.

You can buy them on ebay $8.27 shipped.
I never buy direct unless no other options, always check ebay first as
companies sell off excess there when originally bought in bulk.

Hi Jason
This is really awesome, are the files only for personal use or do you also pass them on?

I never resolved the internal leaks with the design. These files will be kept personal for now.

Possible sealants
High temperature and hydrocarbon resistant coatings and adhesives might be found at MasterBond.com
They make / sell a wide range of very exotic materials.

New Carbon Nylon Filament
I received an email today promoting a new Carbon filled Nylon which is temperature resistant up to 160C. After searching I found that Ultimaker sells the filament as well as some others. If it as good as they say in the sales pitch, it might be useful to test some to determine if leakage can be overcome.
The material is called LUVOCOM PAHT CF 9891. I am going to try and find some for testing. It is probably as expensive as all get out.
They claim to have very low moisture or water absorption rate. Many Nylons can absorb up to about 3% moisture by weight.
I was able to track down a data sheet. Continuous service temperature of 120C.
Makerbot sent me an email saying that it is now accepted for use with one of their 3D printers and of course invited me to a webinar describing how to use the product on their 3D printers. So I have to assume that there will be a US source of supply.
The datasheet is attached for those who are curious. I am posting this because I read a post or comment by Jason that the filament he was using was discontinued. When I saw this I thought it might be an alternative for him to try. Sorry Can't add the pdf attachment. Will figure out and add as additional post.
The Datasheet is at this link.

Search for PA-HT. A long list will come up. The material with 9891 in the name is the one that Ultimaker and Makerbot have or will have available.
